All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it’s available.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, freight prepaid, (in Canada only) within thirty (30) days of receipt by you. For customers residing outside of Canada, freight charges apply.
The product must be unused, complete with all components, fasteners, etc., and in the original box. A copy of the purchase receipt must be sent with product(s). Credit is subject to inspection by Adventure Marine Mfg Inc.
Please call us at (604) 945 2628 for a return authorization number and our RETURN ADDRESS.
If the product has been installed/used and the product does not perform because of a fault by Adventure Marine Mfg., no restocking charge applies. If Adventure Marine Mfg. is not at fault we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee depending on the work required to bring the product back to “as new” condition. The same conditions as above apply.
All transactions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
