How does the process work?

Consultation

This is the best way for us to understand your unique requirements. Every fuel tank is different even for a boat of the same make and model year. 

EMAIL US 

Send us a description of your tank. Dimensions, requirements, and any special requests. 

Deposit 

At this stage, we have provided you with a quote and it’s time to start. The $200 deposit covers the design fee and is nonrefundable. After you receive your drawing changes and modification can be made to ensure the tank will be perfect.   

Build   

Parts will be sent for CNC cutting and forming. This normally takes about 2 weeks. After we get the parts back your tank will be welded and pressure tested. 

We certify all our tanks to NMMA standards approved by the US Coast Guard and Transport Canada.  

Shipping

We can ship fuel tanks anywhere in the continental United States or Canada.
